I called today to speak to Ashley the nurse, and Jennifer would not put me through to her because I declined to tell her the reason for my call, I talked to somebody yesterday and that person was rude as was Jennifer, today. Jennifer is always rude and!I will NOT be back to this medical office.😕
We had a late day appointment for my husband this past Tuesday (3/4) at 3:45. We're realistic; we know it's end of day, but c'mon do the basic care. It would have been fine getting results on Wednesday. Urine sample, blood draw...don't guess because we are your last appointment and just say here's some doxycycline and cough medicine you'll be better by Friday.
