All about the money don’t care about the patients I’d recommend the drive to better care elsewhere. My doctor here was very much a do nothing kind of doc. Never pro active never interested in finding a solution. Front of the house is a joke bunch of mindless people happy to take your money because they don’t care what kind of care you get.
I called to check on a bill and was holding to talk to someone and I got a message saying if I wanted to have someone to call me back and it said I would be in line with call according to when I called. I phoned at 1.08 pm and never did hear from anyone. Not good business.
I was finally able to carve out an hour of my day to go to the doctor. Scheduled an apt at 9. Arrived at 830 and after getting the runaround of receptionists I had to check in on the kiosk. Didn’t make it to a room until 930 then at 1025 I still hadn’t been seen by a provider. I decided to leave without treatment. I guess I need to take an entire day off work to make an appt here.
