Tried for 2 weeks to speak with a live person to see if they took my elderly mother’s insurance trying to establish a primary care for a referral to a specialist she desperately needs.Held for 30 minutes at a time, never spoke with anyone, could only schedule online. Scheduled appointment online 2 weeks ago. Took the day off work to take her, Verified all of her information, got multiple appointment reminders and then they call as we are walking out the door for her appointment to tell us that they do not accept her medicare... read more
