Completely incompetant behind the scenes. I had a mammogram scheduled. I was checked in and made to wait 40 mins only to be told they could not perform the test without prior films, which ive never heard of in my 10 years of having mammograms. As I was discussing the situation with the medical assistant IN THE HALLWAY BC WHAT IS HIPAA, another staff member touched me. Absolutely first class facility! The building is sparkling, very well maintained and not your typical "hospital dreary" setting. The staff were all cheerful and actually liked their jobs. For any future outpatient treatment, this will be my choice, hands down. Definitely 5 stars all the way!
