My M-I-L had a CT scan done here in preparation for chemotherapy and cancer treatment. On the day of her first chemotherapy treatment, the oncology center said that they could not begin chemotherapy because the results of the CT scan were not back yet. Tennessee Oncology called Sapling Grove and was told that they use a 3rd party to read the scans and that it could be a week, it could be 2 weeks. I have been here many times and I’m always very impressed with the staff. Unbelievable how quickly I am in and out. Had 9:00 am CT and was leaving at 9:09. I was taken almost immediately upon arriving and checking in. Also have received my results in less than 2 hrs or before I even arrived home a staff member was calling me. Wonderful place.

Had a mammogram and ultrasound here today and everyone was so pleasant and professional! Did not have a long wait either! Thank you!

So far not impressed. Was told to arrive at 8:00 for an 8:20 ultrasound on my 93 year old father who has no food or liquid since about 7:30 pm last night. It is now 8:56 and they have no idea how much longer it will be. People who have come in after him for ultrasounds have already been taken back. I am told they have 3 ultrasound rooms so there is no excuse for this. Soon we’re going to adios and have them reschedule it for the hospital as much as we would rather avoid Ballad.
