Absolutely first class facility! The building is sparkling, very well maintained and not your typical "hospital dreary" setting. The staff were all cheerful and actually liked their jobs. For any future outpatient treatment, this will be my choice, hands down. Definitely 5 stars all the way!

My M-I-L had a CT scan done here in preparation for chemotherapy and cancer treatment. On the day of her first chemotherapy treatment, the oncology center said that they could not begin chemotherapy because the results of the CT scan were not back yet. Tennessee Oncology called Sapling Grove and was told that they use a 3rd party to read the scans and that it could be a week, it could be 2 weeks. Then they would not provide contact info for the 3rd party group or even the name. So, my mother in law sat in the oncology office... read more

I have been here many times and I’m always very impressed with the staff. Unbelievable how quickly I am in and out. Had 9:00 am CT and was leaving at 9:09. I was taken almost immediately upon arriving and checking in. Also have received my results in less than 2 hrs or before I even arrived home a staff member was calling me. Wonderful place.
