I’m not one to typically leave a review as I work in the medical field myself and understand a lot of things. BUT- what I don’t understand is choosing a profession where you help/assess people and then act like it’s an inconvenience when you have to do just that. I am 24 years old and my OBGYN found a mass in one of my breast and referred me here for an ultrasound. Scheduling was simple, the front desk was very pleasant, and the wait time was not bad at all! Called me and asked me if I wanted to get in on a Saturday. I said yes, and they got me in. The staff was very nice.
Came in for an appointment recommended by my doctor only to be laughed at and told repeatedly how weird it was that I was there by an ultrasound tech named Lori. Her unsolicited medical opinion that went against two prior physicians and being continually rude and degrading throughout the appointment was unwarranted. I hope she can find a career where she doesn't feel the need to make going through an already rough situation worse for people.
