I had an appointment to get a Ct scan done at Hmg Diagnostic center at meadowview received a call 3 days prior and was told that my copay would be $277.00 and i made the payment. Upon arriving I was told that I had to pay almost twice the first payment more. The woman was rude and did not want to hear me tell her that I had already made a payment of $277.00 and was told that was all that i owed. Since back in 2021 I've requested an sign language interpreter and they refused to hire an in person interpreter as their office policy only use Video Relay Interpreter. I've tried to explained I have rights to requested in person interpreter that VRI is not clear reading understanding especially watching hands sign plus problems video froze, disconnected, misuderstanding the video relay interpreter.
