Dr Phimister is the absolute best GI doctor In the world. The Best
Dr. Shone is wonderful but the two medical assistants I encountered today were awful. One of them called my name in the lobby and got it wrong twice. My name isn’t that hard to read or pronounce. Neither one of them knew how to take my blood pressure correctly. Can’t talk to a person at the front desk anymore, have to check in on a kiosk by yourself. The whole experience was just bad.
Dr Baker was nice , but staff is rude . When I asked about small hernia someone said everyone has those and could be because I’m Overweight which is true but just seemed rude! And the reception gal seemed annoyed when I called to confirm my appointment and short with me . Well they texted me three more times to confirm that’s why I called!!
Facility was nice, and reception staff and nurses were friendly! Dr. was really friendly and knowledgeable.
