Great knowledge service for medical community
HMG Gastroenterology Medical Plaza have been very poor service and lack of communication especially for deaf people like me. Started back in 2021 and few years after that I have been requesting for sign language interpreter and again they refused to hire interpreter. My husband and I warned them next time if they don't hire interpreter I will file complaint. They finally hire interpreter last year. Dr Phimister is the absolute best GI doctor In the world. The Best
Dr. Shone is wonderful but the two medical assistants I encountered today were awful. One of them called my name in the lobby and got it wrong twice. My name isn’t that hard to read or pronounce. Neither one of them knew how to take my blood pressure correctly. Can’t talk to a person at the front desk anymore, have to check in on a kiosk by yourself. The whole experience was just bad.
