Tried calling them today to discuss my bill, based on my deductible being met im still being billed at a higher rate. Tried to call billing but the hold time was almost 10 mins, initially I didnt press option 6 and the rude girl that answered option 3 rudely transferred me. Then I was on hold for almost 10 mins, listening to awful music at that. Then I get a message to leave message because they are too busy. Lousy customer service. Im going to research getting a new company.
Terrible, horrific - I can't even accurately use the word "service" because there is no such thing with this company. If you use this company, order a historic/complete billing statement of your account immediately. Billing practices are "highly suspicious". After many frustrating years I finally ordered a full accounting of my billing from them (if you try to discuss your statements and charges over the phone they play stupid and act like you are an idiot). I have decent customer service with on the phone with this company but today I had exceptional service from one of the drivers. Erasmo Flores was very kind professional and took care of my my problem within minutes! He deserves a raise!
Don't believe anything they have to say! Not sure what happened to HME? Not very happy with them! Told me three times that my equipment will be delivered on nothing no call nothing!
