I normally don’t write long reviews, but my experience with HME has been beyond frustrating. After a serious car accident in September 2025 and an 85-day hospital stay, I needed incontinence supplies during recovery. My doctor sent a referral in mid-December 2025. As of today which is almost the end of February, I still have not received the correct supplies I needed. I spent weeks calling HME almost daily around the middle of January. Cecilia answered, she was polite and professional and scheduled a pickup for equipment we no longer need. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received today.
Honestly do not understand how HME office workers, billing, ladies who answer the phones are NOT HELD accountable! Called multiple times Rio Rancho location. They do not listen to your concerns, throw you off to billing WHO NEVER responds.. so we emailed NO RESPONSE. HME needs to get it together, they are poorly managed, trained. Tried calling them today to discuss my bill, based on my deductible being met im still being billed at a higher rate. Tried to call billing but the hold time was almost 10 mins, initially I didnt press option 6 and the rude girl that answered option 3 rudely transferred me. Then I was on hold for almost 10 mins, listening to awful music at that. Then I get a message to leave message because they are too busy. Lousy customer service. Im going to research getting a new company.
