Another update: they made a mistake and sent me two breastpumps and are going to charge me/my insurance for it if they dont receive it back. They somehow found an old address that in did not give to them and sent it there. I specifically gave them my current address when they asked me where they should send my equipment. 🤬 im also very skeptical about the whole money thing, another person said they will rob you blind. This company needs to get their priorities straight!!! Stop acting immature when speaking to YOUR clients!!! Also, you all need to work as a team and be professional. People are needing their oxygen and it’s like playing a game. Come on! If there is a scheduled oxygen delivery you need to keep that date, if it will be delayed YOU need to communicate with the clients, it’s not like it’s free. I went to pick up medical supplies from them three days after the prescription was submitted. They did not know a prescription had been sent to them. They said it would take 5 days to fill and ship. UNACCEPTABLE and Unprofessional for a prescription that is supposed to be used 5 times a day.
