They delivered a partially broken bed to my 85 year old mother, are very hard to communicate with and haven't been able to successfully updating my mother's information in their system for 2 weeks. It's EXTREMELY challenging to get support from them. I am grateful to the people who are showing up to work to answer the phone, deliver supplies and tech support. It seems the management isn't providing a good system to communicate between clients and staff.
So far, I 'm not impressed. Someone was supposed to come to my home at 3:00 today. This morning I received a text that they were rescheduling me for some "HotSpot"...THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT! The text said they were emailing directions to this HotSpot. They did not send an email. I don't drive. I called. He said ignore the text. THEN, I received a text that said they were sorry they missed me at my 3:00 pm appt. I'VE BEEN SITTING HERE WAITING FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP AT MY HOUSE.
