I've been trying for 2 days to get them to deliver oxygen to my mom. They called the wrong phone number and will not deliver if no one answers. I've corrected the phone number twice with them and they still keep calling the wrong number. In the meantime, my mom doesn't have any oxygen. I tried calling the after-hours number but the voicemail box is full and I couldn't leave a message. Clearly customer service is not a priority for them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HME!!!
They literally never communicate with patients unless it’s time for you to reorder supplies. Then they call you every hour. They canceled my order never told me why.
See my posts for the other HME locations for my full review. In summation, HME will rob you blind and leave you for dead if they have the option. I have never had a worse experience with any buisness, ever, and its not close. If you have any option besides HME, I IMPLORE you, for your families sake and for your own, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH HME. I normally don’t write long reviews, but my experience with HME has been beyond frustrating. After a serious car accident in September 2025 and an 85-day hospital stay, I needed incontinence supplies during recovery. My doctor sent a referral in mid-December 2025. As of today which is almost the end of February, I still have not received the correct supplies I needed. I spent weeks calling HME almost daily around the middle of January.
