I would rate them with 0 stars if possible. HME bussiness plan is broken, I do not see it bening fixed anytime soon. There have been many occasions the HME has failed to deliver on their promise. Recently we ordered a Hoyer Lyft when he comes home from UNM hospital. The UNM paitence advocate, set up the deliverey. The item was not delivered for 3 days, this caused my father to stay in the hospital for 3 days till tbe lyft was delivered. He no longer needed the lyft and so I called HME to pick up the equipment. Very professional polite and caring
This company is trash. They are so unprofessional nobody calls you with updates. They delay patient care. They have been telling me everyday that his equipment will be out for delivery since 5/18/2026. My father has been discharged from the hospital since 5/18/2026 today date is 5/21/2026 and no equipment has not been delivered. So unprofessional and ridiculous. My father is disabled and has been having to sleep in a hotel because his bed has not been delivered yet by you guys. How disgusting is this company to not care abou... read more
Update: still horrendous. They would not let me speak with a supervisor and were giving excuses to not let me talk to them. They were giving out another patients personal information as if I knew that person. I was treated horribly and immediately hung up on. Horrible!!! They lost my prescription, and take days to process it. They weren't even going to notify me and I am relying on them for my time sensitive medical supplies!! 🤬 the first lady I dealt with was heartless and ready to wash her hands of it.
