I have had limited experience with this provider. Unfortunately it was a negative experience. Several years ago, I purchased a Rollator 4-wheel walker from the HME store in Albuquerque. This year the brakes would not hold, so I called the HME store to make an appointment to bring it in to see what the problem is. The person I spoke to said that they could not find that I had purchased the walker from them, (I have the receipt), and for that reason they could not look at it.
