This place appearsto have poor practices. They called and said I haven't paid in 2 years and I never received a bill, a phone, nothing. When they did call and left a message I returned the call and they say I have this huge bill. They gave me the wrong address where they said HME sent the bill. I told them that was not the address they dropped it off at. Someone from HME ended up picking up equipment after I gave them the address they dropped it off at. They wouldn’t sell me a medical bed for my father even though it is self pay WITH a prescription, unless I handed over his private medical information. Just buy a bed on Amazon. It’s cheaper and probably gets delivered faster.
Place a standard order and everything works great.
I have never seen so much miscommunication and blaming the patient. I ordered my sisters formula for her feeding tube online one time and it totally messed up for the next two months. She went without formula and I had to buy Boost over-the-counter which caused her to have phlegm in her throat and cough all the time and gave her diarrhea. 05/09/2025 i have sent you voicemails and calls and faxes to the local clovis and to headquarters to come and get your equipment. I have been trying for weeks now since I wrote review and your rude and uncaring concern and yet you will not even pick up the items. let a lone make contact. I will be filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner on this matter and all other entities.
