I had a delivery for some stuff and danale was very polite and answered all my questions
This place appearsto have poor practices. They called and said I haven't paid in 2 years and I never received a bill, a phone, nothing. When they did call and left a message I returned the call and they say I have this huge bill. They gave me the wrong address where they said HME sent the bill. I told them that was not the address they dropped it off at. Someone from HME ended up picking up equipment after I gave them the address they dropped it off at. They wouldn’t sell me a medical bed for my father even though it is self pay WITH a prescription, unless I handed over his private medical information. Just buy a bed on Amazon. It’s cheaper and probably gets delivered faster.
Place a standard order and everything works great.
