A big thank you to Cal M. at HME. He installed an air mattress for my mother who is now bedridden in a hospital bed at home. Not only was this done quickly and efficiently, he even came back promptly when I called in a panic as I had unplugged the air mattress to redistribute the cables. Not sure if this had reset the settings (it hadn't) but Cal was there asap and double checked everything. So thank you again for alleviating my worries :)

There have been problems with my chair. More than i would have expected from a little used demo and such an expensive item. However Wayne has been good at following up on coming out to fix what he could or getting advice. In comparison to my previous chair, which was considerably cheaper and with which I had no problems at all, I am very disappointed.

Great service from Ben M. (sales team) who delivered a portable transfer lift. He was on time, and gave clear instructions and demonstration on how to use the lift. He was professional and helped us with questions we had.
