We have had a fantastic experience with HME Barrie and North York. Barrie helped us with finding the best wheelchair for my Dad and the CSR went above and beyond when it came to finding the perfect cushion. Sarah at the North York office was amazing and helped us with a problem. Even the delivery drivers were great. We would definitely recommend HME.

I've never dealt with a company that has been so oblivious and so inconsistent to the needs and the care of their clients, the staff have no idea what they're doing and it's painful when they keep coming to service you without the proper tools, if you can find a different company to deal with I would suggest that you do.

I am writing this review today because one of your service agents, Sarah Roti, let me say is a credit to service & customer service. It starts with caring & having something special inside from the start. She has gone above & beyond to cater to my needs even when I was a bit demanding & pushy. She NEVER refused to help me no matter what the reason or circumstances were which is a credit to customer service EVERYWHERE. My hope is that people understand how special Sarah is, ty very much & tc everyone.

DO NOT deal with this company. They will leave you high and dry without a spare part for your wheelchair that you urgently need, because the only employee who knows where it is has suddenly gone on vacation, and all the other ones don't have a clue and don't care. Even if they called you the day before and told you your order has arrived, you will get bupkis when you come over.
