I'm happy that H&M has done a lot on my scooter and Larry is does a perfect job and Sarah understands the situation with people with disability and she is a very honest and very polite to us and I'm happy that I have H&M me to know what to do when my scooter is broken down
Every time I get my scooter fixed I have to send it back in because I got back tires for the front tire and it was rubbing and grinding against the fender and now I get told there's other damage to my scooter I'm not very happy with hme because now I won't have a scooter to get around it was Larry's fault didn't check over my scooter before I went home with it
Expensive
My go to for scooter repair. When other companies don’t answer your calls or put you through to call centres HME answers your call and you speak to the people who are doing the work , they know your case. Big shout out to Sarah! Is service, she’s wonderful. She’s an Angel on a dark day.
