Did NOT have a positive experience when obtaining a wheelchair rental through Medicare for my mother. The person (Tricia) submitting the paperwork to Medicare was slow to do anything and rarely returned my phone calls. The nurse at my doctor's office also complained about this. After many delays we did eventually get everything resolved but it took much too long. Suggest you go elsewhere for your medical equipment needs.
CAUTION! They gouge their customers!!! Check prices before you go there. They charge extreme high amounts for their products that you could almost get cheaper even AFTER your insurance pays their portion. I talked to Susan on the phone about this and I was told "well go somewhere else then". I will, you should too!!
