So disappointed with this company. I purchased two pieces for a knee replacement, it turns out I didn’t need them. Three weeks after my surgery when I was well enough to go out to return them I was told I had 7 days. I had the original receipt and they were all unopened in original packaging. No one told me I had 7 days to return when I purchased. It was in a small print on the bottom the receipt, but why would I read that. This is a store that has a primary customer base of seniors. I've been going to Coast Ability for many years. They are great not just for the wide range of their products but also for their concern to get the right product for the particular customer. Greg and Jordan did an amazing job in "building" my mom a wheelchair that gave her the proper body support she required after she had her stroke. They have continued to do any "tweaking" along the way as needed (single handed brake extensions etc) and are always very respectful and concientious of my mom's wants and needs. I would highly recommend these guys and Coast Ability! Thanks so much! (:
