After a few unexpected challenges, the job became much more complicated than planned. Richard was communicative, collaborative, and went above and beyond to meet our tight deadline. He showed up early, worked long hours, and even lent us tools when needed. Friendly, professional, and impressive service — highly recommend.

So disappointed with this company. I purchased two pieces for a knee replacement, it turns out I didn’t need them. Three weeks after my surgery when I was well enough to go out to return them I was told I had 7 days. I had the original receipt and they were all unopened in original packaging. No one told me I had 7 days to return when I purchased. It was in a small print on the bottom the receipt, but why would I read that. This is a store that has a primary customer base of seniors.
