I called the other week inquiring about renting some equipment for my grandmother and I spoke to Harleen on the phone. She was not sure if the equipment was available, she said she would inquire and get back to me and she did so in a very timely matter. This showed me that customer service and clients are a top priority of HME home health!

I was disappointed at how unorganized and unprofessional this location of HME is. I had previously called and booked an appointment with this location to view a walker. We drove over an hour to the store, just to show up and have the staff be confused, have no clue who I was, what I was looking for, and had no walkers in store for me to view. I will be looking elsewhere.

我在2022年九月为我父亲在这家公司购买了老人用的升降椅，价格近5000元。我父亲觉得很麻烦，所以安装之后没有用几次，直到今年的六月我哥哥来一探望我的父母，一再强调要我父亲使用这个升降电梯，在这之后的两个月父亲开始每天使用4次，但到了八月初升降椅就不工作了，我们就打电话给这家公司，因为还在保修期内给我约了九月中的维修并于九月10日支付了215元的维修费用。当维修人员来检查了之后说升降椅扶手上的摇控手柄坏了，需要一个新的，等次日他来装这个手柄，不用付任何费用。我等了几天一直都没有人来装这个手柄，于是我又打电话给这间公司，工作人员说我必须再支付215元才会安排人来装这个配件，我说你能不能把这个配件卖给我，这样我直接装上就可以了，工作人员回复我说这个配件在东部的某家公司有售，但是无法卖给我，于是我父亲的这部升降椅从此再也没有办法使用。就像之前有一位这间公司的客户说的一样，为了公司利益的最大化，而不顾这些弱势老人的死活，这样公司应该受到社会的谴责。我从google review 上看到了许多客人对这间公司的不好的评价。做为企业的经营者是不是应该检讨一下自己。网站上所宣扬的一切美好的宗旨感觉都是假的！

Nov 2022 we visited HME Home Health in Surrey to get information about shower grab bars and a geriatric chair for my mother. We spoke to Gavin. Despite communication issues (difficulty getting ahold of Gavin and getting him to get back to us), we proceeded with the purchase of grab bars (incl install) and a chair in Apr 2023. There are still unresolved issues with both. In a bit of a rush- all self inflicted- and contacted these folks after perusing their wares. I found what I wanted on sale which is always a bonus, in a colour they had in inventory and a day later it was delivered to my door. Assembled, with a warranty. The staff were right on the order, professional, courteous and all communications were succinct so my purchase was absolutely seamless.
