I have been dealing with HME for some time now and I had my best experience yet working with Brian Quach. His knowledge and support was beyond amazing! He took the time, patiently answering one question after another. The education he provided on the product I was considering was very thorough, and he even was able to help me understand the cause of the symptoms my loved one was experiencing by carefully listening to my needs. He is an outstanding sales consultant!

Cal Mcgrattan from HME HOME HEALTH provided the best service with my mom’s wheelchair that was loaned to us from Surrey Memorial from her two strokes last year. The service he provided for the wheelchair, actually got my mom to the walker stage as we are in the process of returning the chair. He accommodated our family in the best way possible. Excellent service front the start to finish. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Thank you for my mom’s stroke recovery to almost full recovery for our 85 year old mom! Much love!

Bought my Bruno stairlift here sales at beginning good but service terrible . Broke down $250 just to take a look at it . Three weeks later told not under warranty would cost double to get fixed.. Poorly managed company poor communication poor service!

I called the other week inquiring about renting some equipment for my grandmother and I spoke to Harleen on the phone. She was not sure if the equipment was available, she said she would inquire and get back to me and she did so in a very timely matter. This showed me that customer service and clients are a top priority of HME home health!

I was disappointed at how unorganized and unprofessional this location of HME is. I had previously called and booked an appointment with this location to view a walker. We drove over an hour to the store, just to show up and have the staff be confused, have no clue who I was, what I was looking for, and had no walkers in store for me to view. I will be looking elsewhere.
