I cannot say enough good things about Mark/HMCA service! My air conditioning wasn't functioning, so I called ALL TEMP and they came out and said I need a new control board and probably a new furnace for $3900. THANK goodness my friend Karen told me about Mark to get a second opinion. She sang his praises and I see why! He lives very far from the city, but took the time to come all the way out to the northside. It was obviously very hard for him and his huge truck to find parking by me! Quick response time, extremely honest. Mark truly focuses on a good end result and satisfaction. He stands behind his work and presents all options and considers any potential problem areas.
