The price of the materials was reasonable; however, the service was below average. Communications with Cristina was very poor. Requests for information required at least three (3) follow-up emails to get a response. Follow-up by Cristina was terrible and the agreed upon times were never honored, resulting in Cristina writing out her entire day's schedule telling me she was busy that day. I can sympathize and we are all busy but a simple follow-up/update phone call would've made a world of difference, but that never happened.... read more
