If only a zero stars was possible. They took 8 months. 8 MONTHS to respond to urgent emails for multiple patients. The person who responded gave a first name and no contact information. And they responded saying that they didn't get the original email... like WHAT? Then what are you responding to then??? Truly a mystery how this is a real company.
They really do not care for you. I don't have them directly but as a work-given insurance from my dad. I have called them to get coverage for my appointments - ones needed for a while and are on my medical record - and they said they would cover for my first couple appointments. They gave me a confirmation number and everything. But, when I gave the number to the insurance collection, they said it has not gone through and no coverage was given.
