The lady on the phone was super helpful and informative, a very nice person to get ahold of for something as unpleasant as debt. Don’t be mad at them because you owe money! They’re just doing their job!
Supervisor Jim is about as condescending as it gets. Don’t do business of any kind with this agency.
We use this company for debt collections and have good results. It must be a difficult job. I believe the poor reviews are from the people that owe the debts. I would recommend this collection agency Thank you and best wishes to HMC Group and their staff.
