HMC built our home 3 years ago we have had continued problems with this home. We have had to have the roof repaired 3 times. Upon moving in we noticed that water came into our garage near our pedestrian door, we were told it was fixed. It was my mistake to believe them and take their word for it. I should have check more frequently. We have had plumbing leaks, septic problems too.
