Very disappointing experience. The provider seems to lack basic logic in how to book dates – they kept offering appointments I never agreed to and ignored my availability. This back-and-forth has gone on endlessly, and I’m now stuck going round in circles trying to obtain a refund. I have repeatedly told them to un-redeem the voucher (which is possible via their Merchant app) so I can fairly resolve this, but they continue to avoid doing so. I had a visit today for false eyelashes. The reception and treatment were more than wonderful. Even the girl who applied my eyelashes was nice, kind, and creative in her work with all professionalism. I recommend this salon. They treated me with all politeness and elegance. I thank them and I will visit them again. They are the best.
Did my express lashes with Shy who was so lovely and took the time to explain the difference between the express and full sets. Quick service and they look so good. Will definitely be back
