HORRIBLE.
I could have given Zero star. Very poor service. They don’t understand the urgency. One toy got stuck in my bathroom commode due to which water was not flushing. They came afternoon 4pm, but could not clear the clog. They mentioned that pump tool kit required. I immediately went EMCO and bought it. Then he told it’s smaller size I have buy the bigger size. This company is terrible. The workers don’t know proper etiquette on how to speak, treat, nor deal with their customers. If you dont wanna be yelled at by a business, don’t hire this company. Absolutely 0 stars.
They scam you and charge you double or more of market rate if you don't have plumbing knowledge. My tenant is an absolutely white collar, not a bit handy man. This company did a very simple kitchen drain snake job and changed the toilet tank filler for him. He was charged double of what I got quoted from another licensed plumber. Recently they quoted him $180 just to change the toilet tank flush valve. The valve costs $16 in Canadian Tire and work time is probably 15 minutes max. How can they came up with $180??!!! My toilet had been occasionally leaking for a long time, and eventually found it was the flush valve seal and I had to source the part separately. The plumber was very helpful with investigating, explaining, replacing the part, and follow-up servicing to ensure it was fixed, even though it ended up taking numerous visits.
