I've had an ongoing problem for 15 years, with my ensuite laundry room drain occasionally backing up, WATER OR SUDS . Tuesday it was BLACK SLUDGE ! A WORK ORDER TO MY CONDO WAS USELESS. I FOUND YOUR GUYS ON THE 5TH FLOOR AND THEY SAID THEY'D COME DOWN AND HAVE A LOOK. THEY CAME AT ABOUT 3:30 , AND REALIZED MY UNIT WAS OKAY , and STARTED SNAKING. I had a very good experience with HMB Plumbing. Lucas came on time, was very professional and responsive. It was a very tight space and a difficult task but he completed it perfectly and cleaned up after he was done.
I had a leaking faucet and they were able to come by and fix it the same day! The quote I received was thorough and clear, the technician was very friendly and got the job done quickly. Couldn’t appreciate it more.
