On July 31, 2024 I had Ceramic Pro Wake Forest N.C. instal ceramic window coating on the interior on the side windows and rear window of my car. A Buick sedan that I have had for several years. On October 11, 2024 I turned on the rear window defroster for the first time after the installation, and within five minutes the rear window exploded.
