If I could do ZERO stars I would. I booked 6 months in advance and thought that I would have a good experience booking through a bigger group with a pool of vehicles. 3 days before my 10 day trip, they quietly cancelled my rental, “vehicle is no longer available”. I looked up the same vehicle and to my surprise I saw that it was available to rent during my same 10 days…at double the price…so greasy
HM rentals were great and have very affordable car way better than the big rental agencies! We rented a 25 Camry and it was great! Will definitely rent from them again!
HM Vacations offered an easy car rental experience with easy check in and check out steps. Would definitely use them again when in San Diego
