This company is a joke. After I returned the car in perfect condition, they emailed me days later saying there was a "smoking smell" and charged me a huge cleaning fee. The problem? I don’t even smoke. No one who was in the car smokes either — it's a complete lie. It’s clear they just make up fake fees to scam people after the rental is over, hoping no one will fight it. SCAM ALERT!!!! This company is a fraud. I booked and paid for a Corvette 2024 and just minutes before pickup, they told me it was “unavailable” and gave me a filthy, beat-up car instead for the same price. I had no choice after a long flight, and they took full advantage of that. Then they had the nerve to charge me for damage I didn’t cause, even though I have photo proof showing the damage was already there before I took the car. They gave me a car that already had visible damage when I picked it up — scratches, dents, even a cracked panel. I took photos before driving off, just in case. Good thing I did, because after I returned the car, they claimed I crashed it and charged me for the damage! I tried to show them the proof, but they ignored it and still took the money.
