I had wisdom teeth removed with HM Oral Surgery in September 2023. It appears they damaged a nerve. Over 6 months later my tongue is still numb and painful. I have called multiple times as they said they would refer me to a specialist. The "specialists" were other orals surgeons that didn't understand why I was sent to them. This run around happened twice. Their customer service has been more than lacking as I had to call back even after I left messages with an expectation that they would call me back.

HM oral surgery has a wonderful and polite staff they made me feel get welcome and eased my anxiety. Dr. Magoo was a great surgeon sand made sure that i was comfortable and once we got the iv in we were ready to go. No waiting and no other patients in the waiting room to prevent Covid. I would definitely go back.
Very quick surgery minutes and the procedure was done and no problems post-op!! Would recommend!! Great job!!
Doctor is excellent! Procedure was quick! Healing with no complications. The staff is top notch. This practice is run efficiently. Highly recommended.

My experience there was awful from the doctor to the nurses I talked to on the phone after my appointment. If I could rate him a 0 I definitely would! I went in to see him a few weeks ago because my mouth was locked shut. I got to the office paid the $ to get the CT Scan done and then was brought to the room by his nurse. Few minutes later he came in and did no exam whatsoever on me all he did was see my teeth were closed together and goes on to say you need a Total Jaw Joint Replacement. Not once did he go over the CT Scan ... read more
