I went for a nail fill on the 16th. My prior set was done in Stratford they did amazing so when I booked for this place I figured because the prior set was nicely shaped and everything they would come out nice for just a fill. Place is nice I noticed there nail equipment and everything wasn’t the cleanest which made me a little nervous. I don’t know if it’s just who I got but the customer service wasn’t the best. I don't really like doing reviews but your staff and clients need to see this. I have been going to this salon for sometime now. I usually book online as this is convenient. No problem with this online booking. I recently had gel nails done, which was not a great job. I made the complaint and got them redone, as they are not cheap. I recently rebooked for another gel manicure. Had the exact same girl as before. She again did not do a great job. There was smudging, not enough color on one nail as well as when they dried there... read more

I personally rate them 0 stars as honestly 1 star is a lot for them, unfortunately google will not allow to put zero stars. Went in today & left so unsatisfied.. not one to write negative reviews but I have no words other than do not go there… I went home and thankfully had a nail drill and drilled off all the over thickness from the acrylic applied and the width of the nails were horrible… looked like someones first day on the job. I've been going to this salon a while and can say the experience is varied depending on which attendant your paired with. I've had great sessions and left with beautiful manicures and not so great experiences with cut fingers, uneven nails and untouched grimmy under growth out I've unfortunately had to trim myself. Recently I've decided to give my nails a break for a bit and booked an acrylic removal and the way it was done was upsetting and left my nails very damaged.
