I personally rate them 0 stars as honestly 1 star is a lot for them, unfortunately google will not allow to put zero stars. Went in today & left so unsatisfied.. not one to write negative reviews but I have no words other than do not go there… I went home and thankfully had a nail drill and drilled off all the over thickness from the acrylic applied and the width of the nails were horrible… looked like someones first day on the job. I've been going to this salon a while and can say the experience is varied depending on which attendant your paired with. I've had great sessions and left with beautiful manicures and not so great experiences with cut fingers, uneven nails and untouched grimmy under growth out I've unfortunately had to trim myself. Recently I've decided to give my nails a break for a bit and booked an acrylic removal and the way it was done was upsetting and left my nails very damaged. I don’t think I’ve ever posted a bad review for anywhere but this was so bad I just have to. Do not get any sort of gel or dip powder done here. The appointment took almost two hours which was crazy, my normal salon takes 35-40 mins max. She had no idea what she was doing and kept mixing up which powder she was supposed to use next and she applied over 8 THICK coats. We had our bridal party nails done here and it was efficient. They skipped the cuticle process and hand massage though on some of us which was disappointing.
