Great experience
The pedicure was fine, but rushed...not one word spoken by the attendant...not a nice spa experience...i was left alone with no explanation, i thought she was finished, so i got up to leave and was told "no no finish coat" ....your employees need to learn to speak English so they can socialize with the clients. I'll be looking for a new salon.
i used to love this place but it went downhill. this is the second time this has happened to my daughters nails. once was her prom nails — ridiculous. as you can see there’s air bubbles in the nails my daughter got done today. the polish is also extremely uneven. i’m extremely disappointed considering the service we used to get. also booked with a certain person and didn’t get to have that person do the nails. like what?
Got a pedicure on Thursday at 2:30. Had to ask the girl to fix my heel again because they looked like nothing was done. It is now Friday and I can still see how rough my heels look. The girl was also not friendly
I went for a nail fill on the 16th. My prior set was done in Stratford they did amazing so when I booked for this place I figured because the prior set was nicely shaped and everything they would come out nice for just a fill. Place is nice I noticed there nail equipment and everything wasn’t the cleanest which made me a little nervous. I don’t know if it’s just who I got but the customer service wasn’t the best.
