I've tried using this doctor's office with two of my daughters. One has an HMO plan and one has a PPO. The first time I used it was with the HMO plan. There were massive delays, miscommunication, and administrative issues with their office. I was told it was due to having a restrictive HMO plan. I tried it again with the PPO and had the same experience. It's very unfortunate because the doctors are good, but they have zero follow up with patients when it comes to the office staff.
