We have worked with Todd, with HM Kern on a couple of projects. He is a great, honest guy. He has been professional, provided timely payments and been a pleasure to work with. We look forward to many years of continued success.

Stay away from these guys! It's been 2 years and HM Kern still owes our company about $ 10,000.00. They will not answer emails or phone calls. Vice President Peter Upchurch said payment was on the way and then a year and a half later tries to deduct 50% of the amount owed for change orders we knew nothing about. When we disputed the change, all communications with us were severed. This is no way to run a business and I see from the other comments that we were not the only other company that was screwed.
