Her customer service goes above and beyond—she takes the time to ask thoughtful questions, genuinely listens, and uses her extensive knowledge to recommend the perfect products tailored to your needs. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and that energy is reflected in her entire team. Visiting her shop feels more like a personalized experience than a transaction. Plus, the hot chocolate alone is worth the trip—absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!
Lorraine is AMAZING Her and her staff are incredibly well read and knowledgeable about their products. They spend their time with you, asking questions and really listening to you to suggest appropriate products. Highly recommend this store & everyone here! Loved the service and knowledge of the employees here. They also had just what I needed and very fair prices for the products they have. They also had items that were not available in other health stores in the area. Will definitely be returning.
