Has so far taken 3 months to get a credit return for parts returned. Will never be using this Company ever again
Iv done 15,000km on my motor and have a coolant leak, my mechanic and I have seen the leak. the leak comes and goes. These guys have no interest in fixing the issue and just telling to to put sealwel in it which is not good enough, my mechanic recommended these guys for Recondition motors, pretty disappointing considering these guys have been doing this for over 50year I aspected better from these guys.
I brought a long engine for my toyata ute just over 2mth ago from HM GEM ! Chrisrine and the sales starf were very helpful and friendly , gave me good advice and places where I could get my engine fitted ! Ninja Auto acacia ridge was the mechanic I chose to fitt the new engine ,his price was very reasonable Ninh is very helpful in helping you through the process on good advice ! you don't need to fork out any return deposit on the engine or pay extra for deliverys as Ninh will take your old engine out and pick up the new one... read more

I don’t often leave a review on pages, but after the quality of service provided by HM Gem I thought I must share my amazing experience. I called up in advance to get my head machining booked in with HM Gem and Peter had it booked in and was able to get freight to pick it up from my business direct. The wait time and price was almost exactly what I was quoted which helped me organise my business schedule and kept the customer happy.
