It is no longer the welcome and fresh community it began. Very few residents continue to take pride in caring for the community and the common spaces. The grounds and halls don’t stay clean. Dog owners don’t clean after their dog messes. The rowdy children disrespecting residents and spaces seem to have cleared up, but it could be a result of winter. Haven't experienced anything but professionalism from the moment I walked through the door. I truly appreciate and is very grateful for Christina D. She has been nothing less than helpful, committed, organized, polite, and efficient when she comes to staying on top of what should be and needs to be done from the moment you apply to signing your lease and receiving your keys.
On Friday 03/21/24 I stopped by to inquire about leasing and a tour. Oscar from the leasing office was very professional, informative, patient, kind, and accommodating. I had a great experience checking out the complex and look forward to being able to lease an apartment.
Liked it at first. Said was income based but have had my rent raised every year with a paper saying here’s the rent for next yr. Asked to be on 4th floor when I applied was dining a address on 4th floor then when went to sign lease on was on 2nd 😡 didn’t give a shit they screwed up now have dealt with the nosiest people above and listen to kid scream all the time next door… have sent emails and talked to management and nothing done.
