The Worse experience with Max would not recommend to anyone. He tore our house down, from top to bottom without our permission, when it was in great condition. He did all his work without a building permit and also without an approved quote from us. We hired him to do some work but he took advantage and started doing things that we never approved or that the city approved or permitted. We don't know what he did with the furnance and water heater that were in working condition and rented out. The work was suppose to be done i... read more

The team at H&M Custom Renovations Inc. did a fantastic job on our unfinished basement. We had lamented doing the project for years but when we called and met Max everything was easy. Max and his team were very friendly and professional and reliable. Max had also informed me about how the market may look to see when the best time for the basement renovation would be I have to give it to his honesty, work, and over all EVERYTHING.
