I contacted H&M online. Scheduled an appointment. H & M came out, done measurements & said they would get back with me with an estimate. After several weeks, I attempted to call to inquire, which went unanswered. I then wrote a few times on google as I done previously to schedule an appointment & and as before, I could see that all of my messages were being read but thus far, months later, they dont have enough common curtosity to respond.
