I had an issue with my electronic parking brake on the rear left side. He said he could fix it, but he didn’t. On top of that, he seized the right-side caliper and actuator, which were working perfectly fine before he touched them. He still charged me $67 and then told me to go to the dealership. Because of his mistake, I had to replace the caliper and actuator at the dealership, which cost me another $500. Definitely not recommended. Very disappointing experience.
