Will never take a vehicle here again Paid in advance to get something fixed, took them several months to get the part and fix it. Every time I brought my car in thinking they were finally going to fix it, it would sit in the parking lot in the same spot I parked it in untouched until I called and asked for an update, to be told “we had the wrong part” they had this excuse for MONTHS. Had an absolutely wonderful experience taking my car here! My car had been making a rattling sound for a few weeks and I was nervous about taking it in as my mechanic retired earlier in the year. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to mechanical work so I was worried about being charged for services that weren’t necessary by other shops.
