Kim, Sue and Andrea are the best. I see each of them for different things and they are my go to!!! I LOVE this place. My lashes always look flawless!! Waxing are *emotionally and mentally* painless. Sue keeps me distracted and gets it over with quickly and thoroughly.
I had my eyebrows tattooed last year by Sue. She was at least 20 minutes late for each appointment. On one of the occasions, she showed up late and then proceeded to decorate for a co-worker’s birthday, while I waited. Mind you, I was on time for each appointment despite traveling 1.5 hours by bus from Seattle. Not happy with my eyebrows. They’re both shaped different and the ink is fading. S0, you be the judge. I had my eyeliner done here several months ago and went back for recheck and redo. The lower eyeliner never did take and the upper right eyeliner has a gap in it, but I liked Su and was willing to go back. I called to make an appointment for my eyebrows to be microbladed- a cost of over $460. I ACCIDENTALLY made the appointment for the same day. Proactively I got mislaying permanent eyebrow makeup. My hair will fall out with chemotherapy. Su is so personable and professional. The vibe in the shop is chill and inclusive. Looking forward to trying some other services to pamper myself.
If your looking for eye lash extensions, look no further! This is the best experience I have ever had. I got my eye lash extensions done by Kim Tran and I am beyond grateful I did. She did an amazing job and was extremely sweet. She makes you feel comfortable and makes the hour just fly by because she has a conversation with you the entire time.
