I have needed things from them repeatedly over a 2 year period for foot problems. Everyone has been extremely helpful and supportive!
Horrible experience trying to get a breast pump! Staff says they tried to call to let me know information ....never received a missed call or voicemail from said number. Waited two weeks for my very much needed breast pump only to call and find out they never even submitted my order. When you trust staff to take care of something for you and it's not done, it is infuriating. Little disappointed in HLS. I went to rent a scooter to get around better for my #RSD / #CRPS. I needed the scooter for a week for a trip we are taking. The cost of a week was $100, If I brought it back a day late, which I was going to, it went to another week rental @ $100. The whole month rental was $225; so I was forced to spend an additional $125 for a "extra" day of use because of not prorating the rental.
