Wasn't sure about this. But was pleasantly surprised. Had tried a few therapists in the past including a hyp- notherapist. But Hlife is different. I have tried a lot of different things over several years, to relieve my daily severe GERD symptoms and hip pain. For the first time inover a decade, my quality of sleep (deep sleep in particular) has improved from well below normal range into the middle of range for people of my age (per Fitbit records).
