Well, when David was in the store he would work with you on the price. However, the people he has now is hard ball. They are not committed to their delivery time. This is a HUGE mess. They tell you to expect them between 9-10 a.m. but call you at 10:45 to let you know they are on their way. They done tell you a lot of things about delivery. Ex: they don't delivery when it is raining: they have to have 2 people to install, they tell you that your door will be delivered between 9-10 but NO one shows up until 12 noon.
