I recently made my first purchase and the experience was amazing. I had a few questions and received answers very promptly. The owner is very professional and passionate about her business. She even delivered my order to me at no additional cost. Now that’s what you call customer service. The hair, hands down best hair purchased locally. The hair did not have any smell, no shedding, it was very soft & very easy to style. She has earned a forever customer in me and I can’t wait to shop in the new beauty supply store.
