Very disappointing and unprofessional. I work for a Wealth Management firm, and attempted to connect a client with Mr. Onorato to work on his trust and estate. Even though Mr. Onorato agreed to help our client, he has neglected to return phone calls or emails for over a month. I reached out to the firm and spoke with his assistant 10 days ago, and was told Mr. Onorato would call our client in the next few days, but never did.
