I purchased an Item to fix my chainsaw. I got injured after the order and could not replace parts myself but hired a mechanic to do so. He could not get to it for a period. When he opened the chainsaw up finally, he told me it was not fixable. The parts are still in box and packaging and the company will not allow it to be returned.
