This business charged me $95.23 the day I showed up for my groupon massage. It was expired and I called and asked if I could use the amount paid towards a massage. They said yes and didn't ask me for my card or tell me I owe $ x money. This is pure fraud! I'm inconvenienced now because I had to cancel my card and I use it for all my automatic payments to memberships, all bills. UGH😤 I wild never go there. You can get a better massage anywhere else!
The owner is never satisfied with the tips. The facial is not good too. Not recommended at all.
Owner was pushy and rude - after my massage we inquired about facials and she insisted that I need one because of my acne and began pointing out acne on my face in front of other customers. Tried to get us to not use the Groupon that we had come in to use.
Good massage here, but lady at front desk tells me I could only use a Groupon the first time and no more after that, that’s ridiculous! I never been told that by any other restaurant or business before
