If you want good service and RUDE people, come to HL Serenity. The owner told me in a frustrated tone 2-3 times that I cannot buy a Groupon to her place again. Only 1 time. Like I didn't know that. Then when I was leaving, I asked the owner for change to tip the masseuse. When the owner gave me back the change, she pointed to 2 bills and told me I should give the masseuse these bills. I wanted to say, "Who the... do you think you are to tell me how much to tip with my money" But I didn't say that. I'm not going there again. ... read more
Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend June! She was awesome
The massage was great but the owner(?) was very rude and pushy. I added a $10 tip for a $70 1 hr full body massage and she demanded more and said it needed to be at least $20. I said $10 is fine and walked out. Rude, greedy and entitled. Find some where else for your hard earned money to be spent.
