We have worked with H&L Roofing consistently over the past four years for our business, Orchid Residential Building. They have proven to be reliable, responsive, and consistently deliver quality work. Scheduling operations for a roofing business must be challenging, given the short project timelines and unpredictable weather. However, the H&L team does an outstanding job of making it all come together seamlessly for their customers.
Is this business viable? Paid deposit - 3 weeks no contact whatsoever. I contacted them and was given excuses. Promised deposit back a week ago Still waiting Buyer beware! ++++++++++++++++ Zero communication until prompted at all points along the way. Imagine if they had gone ahead I would have had to chase up every little thing. "You could have picked up the phone" really did it for me as a response to this review. Bullshit response about contacting me - only frantically happened after this review.
H&L Roofing fixed some major leaking issues on our roof. Mark and the team did a great job and super quick. Very grateful to have a fantastic roofer to call on when needed. We'll be using them again for our next up coming works.
