Disappointed as to who they actually are, and who they portrayed they were. The product delivered to their customers is industry standard and for emergency mitigation, they can do it. Tend to over promise and under deliver during large events. A $7-8 million company all day; but trying to perform as $12 million company with a $7-8 million staff.
The HL Restoration team all performed impeccably (including Kylan, Corey, and Amanda). Right from the first call, when I was reviewing restoration companies. Then hand-holding and guidance with how things would work with the Engineer/City/insurance company. Creativity in stretching the work that could be covered by the insurance claim. Even advice on what would maximize the rental return of the property. And patience with accounting questions and payments (including a check that spent 12 days in the mail!).
