This has to be the WORST property service for short term rental in Australia, our unit is very dirty at 24/37 Rose St Box Hill, it has the cheapest nasty furnishings with a mix of different ding and desk chairs, and mattresses as hard a rock, the unit is very run down , and when we requested an iron and board, nothing happened. A full report has been sent to BC , CEO of AIRBNB. These people cannot be trusted to look after anyone
I wouldn’t use them. I spoke to Emily regarding booking a property over Christmas for 12 nights at late notice (knowing it was very unlikely another booking would be secured at such late notice when Christmas is a busy time with people booking well in advance), I was refused a fee of around $5,000, 5 days later it was advertised for $4,941. Ultimately lost the property owner over $5,000. The responses I have received have also been rude and sarcastic.
