Got my nails and toes done yesterday… THE TOE NAIL POLISH COMPLETELY POPPED OFF ON 3 TOES! running to get them fixed at a different salon as we speak since I’m heading to a vacation. Highly disappointed.

Long was very rude. Didn’t greet me when I came in, was texting on his phone for two minutes before he acknowledged me then just pointed and told me to go pick a color. I showed him some pictures of the 3D gel designs I wanted and with an attitude he said “Yeah I know what gel is” as if I was telling him how to do his job. He was constantly pausing to check his phone. Then he gave me an attitude again after I corrected him on which finger I wanted the design. overall the service was done faster than other nail salons I’ve been to BUT the hospitality was off.. I gave specific instructions on my base color and french tip choice and the guy doing my nails decided the base color I chose was “too pinky” and did it with a different nail polish👎🏾.. of course when I noticed it was too late so I just moved on to getting my toes done. Although the lady doing my toes greeted me and listened to what I wanted, the french tip on both toes didn’t match on another👎🏾
