I went to H&L today for the first time. Helen gave me a great pedicure! There were lots of colors to choose from, the staff was friendly and when my pedicure when over I was told I could relax in the massage chair and take my time leaving. Overall, a great experience!
Booked an appointment for a pedicure for Saturday afternoon. Showed up and despite the "open" sign being lit, the place was empty and the door was locked. I waited about 10-15 minutes, and then I left. Very disappointing.
Tina is phenomenal. She is amazing. I drive 45 minutes just to sed her. She is so talented, patient and friendly. I love her.
Excellent customer service. Halle, my nail technician is attentive and very kind.
One of the worst Mani/Pedi’s I’ve ever had. They also upsell you in a clear consistent way. When I got home, I noticed that my toes were only half painted. Helen literally missed half my toe. It was painted from the middle up, which made sense because the lighting was very poor. My dip nails, which typically last a good month chipped after only 10 days - Two big chunks taken out of two of them, and I used my hands the last couple weeks much less than I typically do.
