This is our second time booking with them, and they continue to impress! We rented the Sprinter limo for my daughter's birthday party and the girls had an absolute blast. Booked Mercedes Sprinter Party Bus service for prom. The bus was not equipped with a/c, music, and the water provided was hot. Reached out to management regarding the bus not having a/c, and was told someone would reach out shortly. That was 3 days ago with no response. I gave 2 stars, as the driver switched the vehicle to a limo while the kids were eating dinner and drove them around to try to make up.
Very smooth trip back and forth. We were going to cedar park from the airport. The limo was beautiful and the drivers are friendly and show us the sceneries along the road. The van arrived on time for both trips, and they also confirmed our ride a day before our departure through email and whatsapp, we were worry free! Will definitely ride with them again if we go back!
Wanted to book for my kids birthday to let them ride around town. Call on Friday the price was $100/hour. Called back on Saturday to book and the price changed suddenly to $110/hour. Then she demanded to know every stop we were going to make. Picking up, going to dinner and riding around with no plan was unacceptable to her. Guess we are now looking for a different limo service.
