My experience at the office was very bad and was charged for things that I did agree or sign for. I made a bad review on the office and Doctor Sato called me and explained what happened and assured me that it will taken care of and I will only pay for what I signed for. Doctor Sato was very understanding and put me first as the patient. My problem was with the front desk not Doctor Sato. He did great work on my teeth and I am pleased with the results.
