Premier staff, expertly crafted cuisine, all while experiencing a great time for the event. The interaction between event coordinators and bar/food service was much appreciated. Could not get photos of the entrees and desserts because I was too busy having a great time!

The HL Catering team was awesome to work with! Not only was the food great, but they really looked to modify the menu to fit our vision. They took feedback and special requests in stride and our guests raved about our items - particularly the apps and mahi-mahi. We even enjoyed the leftovers after the wedding! HL catering was the most perfect choice we could have made for our wedding catering! HL Catering catered our wedding in May 2024. The food was absolutely amazing and their service and communication was impeccable. It was an absolute dream working with them throughout the whole wedding process. We also got so many compliments about the food!
