We hired HL catering for our wedding and it was the BEST choice. From the beginning stages to the end, they were great to work with, open to menu ideas and it was executed beautifully on our wedding day. We loved getting to do a tasting to nail down the menu and it was awesome to make custom changes to fit exactly what we wanted. Catered my 100-person wedding in a backyard at a private residence. Food was amazing, even the salmon, which I always overcook! Worked with us via private tasting on fun and unique combinations to showcase the area's native vegetables and flavors without making a gimicky BBQ. Fried green tomato bites and the pimento cheese bar were elegant and tasty! Staff was communicative and kind and flexible to make happen what we asked for! Highly highly recommend.
We had an amazing experience working with HL Catering for our wedding! From the beginning they were very responsive and great to work with. The tasting was such a fun experience, too. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional throughout the night, and the bartender they provided was knowledgeable and so nice to all of our guests. We would absolutely recommend HL Catering to anyone!!
